We specialize in acre-plus properties and estates — land with the room to become something extraordinary.  We're exceptional at it for one simple reason — we care about families being together in the outdoors.

None of the properties you will see in our portfolio are unattainable model homes.  These are real projects with actual clients designed and built by the Lavender team.  We are extremely proud of the fact that we do not have a signature style, but rather a commonality of diverse custom design.  Each project was carefully curated specifically for the homeowners unique style, by a team of formally educated designers who respect the importance of the design process.
