Haley holds a rare dual-major degree from ASU in both Landscape Architecture and Interior Design, so collaboration with your studio is fluent from the first conversation. We think about sightlines, materials, and the moment someone steps from the living room to the covered patio, designing the landscape, pool, and outdoor living in concert with your architecture and interiors so the indoor-outdoor transition feels seamless. We understand luxury work and the standard it demands, and we manage it with internal, dedicated project management and BuilderTrend on every job — so you always know where things stand. From permitting and engineering to designer keypoint walks through construction, we run our portion professionally and keep your timeline intact. And you can trust us in front of your client: our team is sophisticated enough to own clear, gracious communication around our scope, protecting the relationship you've built and reflecting the standard you set. You get a turnkey outdoor partner who elevates the whole property — not one more trade to babysit.
OUR RETAINER
We keep the business side just as easy as the design side. Because every firm works a little differently, we'll structure our fee to match what your team already uses — a flat fee, a per-square-foot rate, or another arrangement you prefer — always scaled to the scope of the project rather than forced into a one-size template. Design retainers typically range from $7,500 to $25,000 depending on the size and complexity of the work, and because we're a design-and-build studio, that retainer can be credited toward the cost of the build when the project moves into construction. Whatever the structure, it's transparent from the start, so there are no surprises for you or your client.
