COASTAL MODERN

A Lavender Icon project that put our small design build on the map.  A sleek geometric pool anchors this backyard, its deep interior finish giving the water a rich blue green glow day and night. The Iconic ramada with it's soaring rain curtain makes a modern statement, while remaining completely livable.  Clean marble decking and a floating step design keep the lines crisp and modern, while the open sightline to the home creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. This is minimalist design with maximum visual impact.
