THE CONTEMPORARY RETREAT

An exercise in bold geometry in a limited amount of space.  Aerial views clearly show that every inch of this property was used to create the maximum amount of entertaining space.  The centerpiece is a custom sculptural garden fountain, where a whimsical patch of concrete bollard appear to grow and take on a life of their own. A rectangular pool runs parallel to a shaded lounge and dining terrace, while a second water feature mirrors it on the opposite side of the yard.  Dense landscaping along the perimeter keeps the whole layout private without blocking the aerial symmetry that makes this design so striking from any angle.
