We believe the world changes one backyard at a time. Our mission is to design the home everyone comes home to — the driveway full of bikes, the grill always going, the fire that keeps everyone talking long after dark. I can be that home for my neighborhood, but I can't be it for yours. So Lavender exists to build these gathering places for families ready to throw their doors open — because together, one backyard at a time, we create neighborhoods (and a world) where people come back together, outdoors.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

discovery call & initial consultation

A member of our team will call you to discuss your project and goals for your property and then invite you to a complimentary in-office consultation. During this in office consult you will be shown a sample presentation so you have complete clarity on how our design process flows. A design retainer is assessed based on project scope.

CREATIVE RESEARCH & DESIGN

Next, we get to work behind the scenes. Our team researches your property's setbacks, city codes, and HOA standards, takes precise site measurements, and develops your pricing — so your design is grounded in reality from day one, with no surprises down the road.

DESIGN PRESENTATION AND REVISIONS

Then comes the fun part. We bring your outdoor space to life with a full 2-D design plan, an interactive 3-D flythrough you can virtually walk through, and a complete construction estimate — so you can see, feel, and understand exactly what we'll build before a single shovel hits the ground.

THE BUILD PROCESS

Before we break ground, we set your project up to succeed. This is where permitting and engineering come into play — and where your project moves seamlessly from the design team into the hands of our construction team, so nothing is lost in the handoff.

Your build is led by a dedicated project manager and managed in Buildertrend, giving you a real-time window into your schedule, progress photos, and updates. Your designers stay involved, joining you on-site for keypoint walks at major milestones to keep the vision exactly on track.

Our job isn't done when construction is. We walk you through your finished space — how everything works and how to care for it — and back it with a warranty, so you always know who to call if anything ever needs attention. You're taken care of, long after the install.
