When can we expect our project to begin construction?

Every project at Lavender is completely one off and unique in its own ways. To ensure construction goes smoothly and according to schedule, your project enters the PRE-CON phase. This phase usually lasts 2-3 months to allow us to complete all engineering, permitting, and zoning. During this phase you will receive regular updates in our construction portal for what stages of PRECON your project is in. Once it exits PRECON you will be given your start date!

How soon can we expect our finished design?

Your finished design will be ready for first review and presentation roughly 2-4 weeks after signing. At these presentations you get view your full design in both 3d and physical plans. Here you can make changes or adjustments with you designers to ensure that your design is exactly what you want.

Do you offer design only?

We offer both design and build! We have a full in house design team that is more than happy to collaborate with you on your backyard space and our build team has full experience and knowledge in crafting your backyard dreams into reality.

How much is the design?

X

Design Fee's range from 7,500 to 10,000 USD depending on the scale and complexity of the desired project. This Fee is then applied towards the cost of your construction after entering into a construction contract with us. If you wish to work with our principal designer and owner the design fee is 25,000 USD, principal design fee is subject to change as far as applying towards construction cost all dependent on overall scope and scale.
